Why take the risk?  Weather conditions, work and time constraints, family obligations or winter vacations may hamper your ability to keep a watchful eye on your summer home. Vacation cottages are often left unattended through the winter, yachts are tied to docks or left in boathouses without regular checks, despite the best intentions of an owner.   For a minimal fee, we will check your waterfront cottage, by boat if necessary, on a regular basis, for security, damage from storms, or any other signs of potential problems.   Your boat, housed or moored, will be checked for security, mooring, bilgewater levels, pump operation, battery charge levels, humidity control, heating, ventilation, water intrusion and any other factor the owner considers important or relevent.
